SELF INTRODUCTION:
I am a 24 years old girl. I have been obese since young. I tried to diet on my own but results are slow. After I stopped dieting, I gained back the weight I have lost. To me, slimming is very important as it will help me to regain back beter health and self-confidence.
BEFORE USE:
I used to weigh 76.2kg and my height is 1.57m. I tired using double Detox and slim spa. Double Detox only helps me to detoxify but does not help me to slim down. Slim spa is not good at all as the capsule is huge and difficult to swallow. It does not help me to slim down but instead made me gain weight. I used to wear XL and it is hard to buy clothes as all the nice clothes are sold n boutique and does not have my size. Most of my clothes are in black colors as it can help to hide my bulky figure. I love to eat chocolates and fried food and like to snack. I tried exercising before, but because of bulky figure, will get tired easily during exercising.
AFTER USE:
Now I weigh 58.2kg. At first, when I saw the diet plan. I thought it would be hard as need to crash 3 meals in 2 weeks. But after I tried the diet plan for a few days, it was not as difficult as I imagine it would be. I saw results n a week as I got quite a lot of fats. Now I am able to buy clothes in M/L size. Ex-colleagues commented that I looked a lot better than last me and said I looked younger and radiant. I did not gain back any weight even when I ate normal meals. My confidence gained a lot than last time. I hardly snack and do not eat as much as last time. Now exercising is much more easily than last time and does not get tired easily.
